Production and delivery lead times are largely unaffected although there are many factors involved. Our own administration office and warehouses continue to operate with additional safeguards in place.

Delivery in two to three working days including Saturdays.** 

 

 

 

Next Day Delivery

£3.99

 Delivers the next working day including Saturdays.

Available on orders placed before 5pm. Usually delivered between 8am and 9pm.

Orders placed after 5pm Mon-Fri or anytime Sat/Sun will not be delivered next day. 

 

 

International Shipping

£5.99

 Europe - Delivery in two to three working days including Saturdays.

United states - Delivery in six to seven days

You can track each parcel separately using the link on your dispatch email, or by logging into your account and viewing your order history. When you’re in your order history, simply select the order number you wish to track.

Returning an item

 If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt.

To be acceptable for return items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact. 

All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.

To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the procedure below.

  • Please contact us on the Floco hair contact us page. Your message should contain the Order Reference Number from your Dispatch Note as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods.
